As a compassionate and trauma-informed practitioner, I offer support to mamas at all stages of their motherhood journey. Whether you're preparing for birth, struggling to conceive, navigating early parenthood, or experiencing loss or trauma, I am here to hold space, listen, and offer guidance.
As your practitioner, I create personalised rituals to help you connect with your inner wisdom, as well as offer somatic therapy and energy work to release stored emotions, stress, and fear.

Mothers deserve to feel supported and valued, no matter what they're going through. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, or simply need a place to feel heard and understood, I am here to offer you personalised care.

What does this care look like ?

+ Virtual, nourishing 1 hr sessions blending my expertise over Somatic , Energetic and Body based techniques we work in cycles of 3 sessions.

+ Each 3 session cycle with be tailored to you and will be a co-creation. We will intuit and listen to your body and your needs as you desire at the beginning of each session.

What if I need to feed my baby/ they need me during the session?
+ Your babes are very welcome in your arms and we will work with them.

THE 9 MONTH JOURNEY
As a practitioner committed to supporting mothers at all stages of their journey, I understand that the nine months of pregnancy can be both beautiful and challenging. The 9 Month Journey is a personalised, holistic program designed to guide and support you throughout this important time, helping you to connect deeply with yourself, your baby, and your inner wisdom.

Together, we'll create a nurturing space for you to explore, process, and release any emotions, fears, or traumas that may arise during your pregnancy. I will provide somatic therapy and energy work to help you clear any energetic blocks, as well as help you connect with the powerful and transformative energy of your pregnancy.
​
Throughout the nine months, we will also work together to create rituals and practices that support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This may include mindful movement, breathwork, and guided visualisation practices to help you connect with your body and your baby, and to prepare for a mindful and connected birth experience.
