Rose Bonham Carter, (she/her) is a certified sexological bodyworker, somatic sex coach , EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) facilitator and energy worker. She supports women in every form, and at every stage, of their divine womanhood

Blending 9 years of body-oriented and tantric studies, with her experience as an in-house EFT & Reiki practitioner at Lifespace Healing in Notting Hill (2019-2021), Rose’s gift is in helping others to help themselves. In asking her clients to ‘drop’ into their bodies and feel, sometimes for the very first time, they co-create deep, embodied and lasting transformation.

Rose holds a safe and gentle space for each woman to unravel the guilt, shame and conditioning around their sexuality, understand the physiological effects of past trauma and scarring, reclaim their innate bodily wisdom and live a more pleasure-filled life.

Based in London, Rose works from her studio and online via Zoom.

The different stages of womanhood bring new expectations, pleasures and realisations: the journey is an initiation. Your body moves along this continuum with you.

Rose holds a deep feminine quality to her practice and her gift is activating that femininity within others. Through co-creating a safe, nurturing and maternal container she helps clients to drop into their deeper and wilder feminine and find their fullest expression.

In our teenage years, this might mean learning about sexual education, boundaries and consent, monthly cycles or learning how to process emotions.

If you’re a woman seeking ways to improve your pleasure, this could be re-learning your sensuous nature: re-patterning traumatic responses, re-awakening sensorial touch, body sovereignty, and restoring agency.

If you’re a prenatal mother, this could involve preparing the body for birth. A postnatal mother might need pelvic healing support if dealing with numbness, trauma or scarring after an episiotomy tear, biopsy, vestibulodectomy, or reconstructive surgeries.

As individuals we have individual needs, there is no one way in which everybody should be treated. If you have got a specific concern, or maybe you can’t put your finger on it:

Rose offers a free 15-minute consultation where you can safely discuss it.
